Yes, you will feel pain and discomfort following the implantation, but you should be feeling great in a few days at the most. If you are not back to normal after a day or two, please give us a call.

Some patients will experience bleeding in the area of the implantation. This is normal and should stop after a short period of time. We recommend over-the-counter pain relief medication. It can also be helpful to put ice on the affected area, alternating with warm compresses. Some mild pain and discomfort are to be expected, but please let us know if you are feeling a lot of pain.
